All visitors to the uk must have travel insurance no insurance no entry.
Visitors from other country's are coming to the uk to get health treatments and not paying the bill for the treatments they have received,this is costing the nhs millions, this health tourism has to stop,make it compulsory that visitors have travel insurance on entry to the uk
