Disproportionate Stop and Search and Stop and Account of British African and Caribbean Citizens

Additional Information

The pro-rata number of African and Caribbean British citizens who undergo 'stop and search' and 'stop and account' by the Police is several times higher than White British citizens. This is seriously undermining the relationship between the Black community and the Police. This petition calls for the government to investigate the cause and effect of this.
