Petition for a more proactive police approach to motorcycle theft in the UK
I head a large motorcycle group based in the south west of the U.K.
A number of my members have fallen victim to motorcycle theft with the perpetrators and gangs responsible openly flouting what they are doing on numerous social media sites.
