Cancel any Child Support payments in cases of unnecessary parental alienation
The Child Maintainence Service continue to persue payments to parents who block their child from seeing a loving parent for no reason but spite.
Children should never be used as pawns after the breakdown of a relationship and maybe stopping payments will discourage this from happening.
