Petition Action

Regulate all Media Reporters & photographer for safeguarding the public.

Petition Details

Today many community reporters and with the rise of Social Media self claimed reporters will venture out into the public domain without being cleared by security checks as to their professional status.
Public pictures are taken at events and gatherings with no follow up. exploitation may occur.

Additional Information

I would like to see that those that hold events and functions in the public domain are equally aware of which media is present and where the images and videos will be used. the lines of communication need to be clear. people should feel safe. safeguarding checks should be made and only then should someone be able to class them-self as a professional reporter, photographer in Media. they should be trusted people as the nature of the work requires some professional standard and regulating.
