Action by parliament to stop the proliferation of graffiti in towns and cities.

Petition Details

Graffiti on buildings Is endemic throughout the UK. Measures should be place to stop this anti social practice and clean up the mess created. This should involve hefty fines, community service to remove graffiti and imprisonment for repeat offenders.
