Require non-residents arriving in UK to show they have valid health insurance.
Currently, non-residents / visitors are treated and then the NHS is left trying to recover the costs involved. However, with a small change at immigration in our ports (air & sea), individuals could be confirmed as having suitable healthcare insurance or compelled to purchase cover before entry.
