To create affective prevention of suicide in mental health patients and give effective after care

Additional Information

Many mental health patients commit suicide each year,often due to mental health teams not admitting suicidal patients into hospital and giving that crucial support which may prevent a tradgedy.After care of survivors also needs to improve, in some cases the patient is not asked why they attempted suicide but just given anti depressants or anti psychotics.
