Petition Action

A second referendum should be held to determine whether the UK leaves the EU.

Petition Details

Politicians are fearful of going against the wishes of the people, so lets put this back to the people who now have much more qualified information with which to make a qualified decision. A second referendum should be held before invoking Article 50.

Additional Information

It appears to be relatively clear and agreed that the persuasive arguments used to support the Brexit stance were vague suppositions at the best and barefaced lies at the worst. We are now also in a very different political climate following the election of Donald Trump. It should now be time for the Citizens of the UK to participate in their own 'reality check' before we push this Country into an irreversible situation.
