Make it compulsory for all face to face assessments for PIP & ESA to be recorded
If you have ever attended a face to face assessment with ATOS or Capita, your report may have conflicting statements or missing information. Mandatory recording of assessments would stop this and ensure the government doesn't waste money on MRs and tribunals and cause claimants extra stress.
