Introduce Bill of Rights Legislation To Replace EU human Rights Act

Additional Information

The Government should introduce a Bill of Rights Act that enshrines in law the Constitution of of the UK which is above any other law either EU or international. This would reinforce the link between the public, parliament and the judiciary.
