To reverse Eric Pickles' decision to provide £250m to local councils encouraging them to reinstate weekly bin collections when other services are being severely underfunded, directly affecting vulnerable members of our society, and people delivering these vital life-enhancing community services, including public sector workers, are losing their jobs.
