Give tax payers the powers to sack Local Authority Executives

Additional Information

Council tax payers to be given the powers to sack local authority executive officers in the same way that shareholders of companies can sack directors that do not do their jobs properly. And local authorities to hold the equivalent of AGMs where the executive officers can be held to account by the tax payers.
