Don't bring back weekly bin collections
Please can you not bring back the weekly bin service and use the £250 million more wisely. If everyone recycled properly this every two week collection would not be an issue. Lets use the money for say EMA. I think this return to weekly collections will make some people not recycle so much, as they can throw it all out for landfill every week.
