To improve the quality of post 16 education and provided greater employment increase the numbers of vocationally qualified FE lecturers.
Due the the changing work environment and youth unemployment I think greater investment needs to made in vocational further education. More work experienced lecturers and subject leaders need to be employed to pass on practical workplace knowledge to students.
