WITHDRAW the financial incentive that encourages councils to keep or restore weekly bin collections
This petition requests that the goverment withdraw its £250,000,000 financial incentive that encourages councils to keep or restore weekly bin collections, as announced by Eric Pickles on 30th September 2011.
In the current economic climate, this money could be better spent elsewhere.
