The public right of navigation on all rivers in the England and Wales
I would like parliment to allow public use of rivers and canals in England and Wales for small manually propelled vessels with a crew of up to 3 persons.
In England and Wales there is less than 4% of the 41,000 miles (68,000km) of rivers have public access.
