make Epping forest council fix my daughters flat
my daughter has to live in a flat full of mould and Epping Forest District Council are refusing to fix it. Every room has got mould growing on the internal walls. this flat is making my daughter and grandson ill.
My daughter has had a number of visit s from the council they have provided two electic fans to try and help with the damp these fans cost money to run she is a single working mum who suffers from a no of health conditions inc her heart. One council worker has said her flat needs the plaster removing in every room. She has been told to clean it with bleach this does not work the mould is now growing on her bed and sofa
