Automatic custodial sentence if convicted of possessing Cat A child sex images.
A local man convicted of possessing, creating and distributing 171 child sex images, 33 of which were category A.
He received a community order despite sentencing guidelines for category A images being custodial.
Released back into the same area, 0.3 miles from local schools.
