PUBLICISE THE (LEGAL) SECRET TO REPORTING UNSAFE WORKING CONDITIONS
The Government must ensure employees who need to speak up about workplace safety concerns know about the legal protection provided by Section 44 Employment Rights Act 1996 - by incorporating it into the Health & Safety Information for Employees poster which, by law, must be displayed in a prominent position in each workplace.
