TO MAKE CMA (CSA) TAKE OUT-GOINGS INTO CONSIDERATION WHEN PAYING MAINTENANCE
BOTH PARENTS SHOULD BE LIABLE TO PAY FOR THEIR CHILDREN, BUT CMA SHOULD TAKE INTO CONSIDERATION THE OUT-GOINGS INSTEAD OF BASING THE DEDUCTIONS ON ANNUAL PAY.
CURRENTLY THE CMA ONLY TAKE YOUR INCOME INTO CONSIDERATION FOR THE CASE OF PAYING CHILD SUPPPORT.. PARENTS ARE GETTING INTO DEBT AS THE CMA WILL TAKE WHAT THEY FEEL IS NEEDED FOR THE CHILDREN EVEN IF THE PAYING PARENT CAN NOT AFOORD SAID AMOUNT..
THE PAYING PARENTS OUT-GOINGS SHOULD BE TAKEN INTO CONSIDERATION!!
