Calculate child maintenance(CM) from net income not gross.
Gross income is the amount of salary or wages paid to the individual by an employer, before any deductions are taken. Net income is the residual amount of earnings after all deductions have been taken from gross pay, such as payroll taxes and retirement plan contributions.
CM is calculated based on gross income. How are you supposed to pay CM on an income that you do not have, gross income does not go all in your pocket, the only income shown on your bank account is your net income. That is the one they should use to calculate payments.A bonus is an historical payment not a future earning. It cannot be predicted on the next year, and it's not guarantee annually income.Car allowance,i get a car to do my job, that's not an income, does not go in my bank account.
