Petition Action

Ban drivers who use a mobile phone when driving

Additional Information

A £60 fine and 3 points for using a mobile phone and texting when driving is ridiculous. The actions are dangerous and life threatening. I suggest a one month ban and £300 fine for the first offence, if it happens again double it and so on for each further offence.
