MPs should debate: "This House has no confidence in the Speaker of the House."
The House of Commons Speaker has falsely insulted the US President, and would disallow him speaking to the Commons during a State Visit. He expressed a political view, (which he is not meant to do), and impedes government in pursuing its legitimate stated desire, (which is a misuse of his power).
