Increase NI contributions and % of Gov. spending to meet the demands of the NHS.
The BBC were allowed into A&E depart. of the Royal Blackburn Hospital to witness the desperation of both patients and staff over a week. More investment in staff and accommodation was suggested by a consultant as a way forward. We should pay more for this invaluable institution which we all use.
