Allow the LGBT community to donate blood
A heterosexual man could have multiple sexual partners without practising safe sex, and continue to be eligible for donating their blood. However, if a gay or bisexual man who actively practises safe sex is excluded. HIV and Hepatitis B are also found in the heterosexual community
