Keep court dress for Parliamentary officials.
Parliament is the pinical of our democracy and is affectionately known as the mother of all parliaments, therefore customs and dress should be maintained as a symbol of strength and continuity. People look up to parliament as an example of our national identity, and part of that is court dress.
