Commission a third party to redraw voting constituencies with equal populations.
Currently the population in constituencies changes meaning the value of your vote across the county varies in parliament. Redrawing the constituencies to be more equal would make voting more fair in elections. Since the process can effect the outcome of elections a third party should be responsible.

The redrawing of constituency boundaries is already the responsibility of independent, third party bodies called Boundary Commissions, and they are currently undertaking the sort of review you propose in your petition.
