Make the Help to Buy 40% allowance available outside London in expensive areas

Petition Details

An interest free loan is available from the government for 5 years on a new build home. This is 40% in London and 20% outside London. Some areas of the UK, for example the South East, have house prices similar to London. In these areas the help should be proportionate.
