Introduce a rent cap in London
Why is it important?
So people can afford to live in a city where the most jobs are available.
London properties should be affordable for working glass people and not only the rich and wealthy.
Most young people can not afford to work and live in London thus they must move outside of London.
The figures below are close to the Council housing rent.
I believe we should cap the amount to the figures below to enable first time buyer to have affordable housing.
These figures in my belief are fair for the hard working people of London who deserve affordable housing costs.
Room in shared house : £75 a week
Studio : £95 a week
One bedroom property : £120 a week
Two bedroom property : £145 a week
Three bedroom property : £170 a week
Four bedroom property : £195 a week
