Subject News broadcasters to a code of conduct requiring political neutral.
The BBC and Sky are the primary news broadcasters in the UK. They show a chronic tendency to lean to the left constantly. A recent broadcast of Question time by the BBC extolling the virtues of Obama and humiliating Trump is an example. If they can't be neutral their licence should be withdrawn.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
News broadcasters are already required to be impartial, so we're not sure what you would like to change.
The BBC Trust is responsible for investigating breaches of the BBC Charter, which includes complaints about the impartiality of the BBC. Ofcom is responsible for investigating the breaches of the Broadcasting Code, which already covers the issue you raise.
