Scrap Family Tax Credits - replace with food/fuel vouchers

Scrap cash payment for family tax credits etc. and replace with food or fuel vouchers which must be supported by all retailers/fuel suppliers.

This top-up money is to help low income and help provide with the daily necessities. Not mobile phones, sky tv, drink, drugs etc.. if people are genuine they wont complain
