Allow and train our prison officers to use PAVA spray and tasers
Prison officers are faced with violent incidents on a day to day basis. These can include weapons being used by some of the mode violent people in the country. Our officers are expected to be able to deal with these situations by using nothing more than control and restraint techniques. Times change
