Hold another in/out EU referendum prior to completing 'brexit' negotiations
Under the auspices of a true democracy, the support, in Parliament, to invoke Article 50 is rightly based upon the 'will of the people' expressed in the result of the 'in/out referendum'.
Based upon evidence/arguments presented since the referendum, the 'will of the people' should be regauged.
