Set up an optional additional payment system to support our NHS
I would like to set up an optional additional payment system to pay towards the NHS. If everyone in the UK (Including people claiming out of work benefits) donated as little as £1 we could raise over £60,000,000 for the NHS at a time the NHS is really struggling for many different reasons.
