Make it the law to have defibrillators in public places e.g. supermarkets etc.
Defibrillators save lives and every minute without a defib after cardiac arrest, the chance of survival is lessened by 10%. A defibrillator can save a life, so why isn't it law to have one in public places? It would be the responsibility of the company to purchase one.
