All four Nations of the United Kingdom should pay the NHS prescription charge.
English citizens are the only people in the UK that have to pay prescription charges. Northern Irish, Scottish & Welsh are exempt from prescription charges.
To help preserve the NHS & in the interests of equality, I propose that all four nations in the United Kingdom pay for their prescriptions.

The Government e-Petitions Team gave the following reason:
The UK Government is only responsible for the NHS in England. Prescription charges in Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland are the responsibility of the devolved governments.
