Divert the entire foreign aid budget to the NHS for the next 5 years.
Fraud cases surrounding the foreign aid budget are up, extra funding is desperately needed In the nhs, This is a much better use of the funds rather than supporting 2 states that can afford nuclear weapons and a space program.
