Abolish GCSE's & have exams at the end of upper sixth form on minimum 3 subjects
Many countries, such as France, have exams at the end of the school career. They have the IB (international bacheloriot). It should not have to be that 16 year olds around the country should be put under such a major amount of stress at a young age just because of competing countries.
Therefore, there should not be a gruelling exam period at the end of year 11, and rather just be at the end of year 13 when you have a better idea of what you want to do as a career and can chose the minimum of 3 exams on what you think would help to fit your job description.
