Cap teachers working hours to 45 per week. Let's end the 55+ hour working week
Many teachers are exhausted and from working 55+ hour weeks. Me being one of them. Let's get rid of the unnecessary paperwork and allow teachers to spend more time teaching and creating amazing lessons than they do on meaningless paperwork.
