Reduce gender inequality in the work place.
In the workplace women are not treated as equals. Women have the same skills as men and in some cases are better for the job. However they are not given the job because of their gender. This is a problem because women will be more likely to not enjoy their job and they will get paid less.
On average women are paid 30% less than men annually. Overall in a woman's lifetime they are paid £300,000 less than men.
