Stop the need for people with permanent disabilities to renew their Blue Badges

Petition Details

Currently everyone in need of a blue badge has to renew it every 3 years. In some cases where the situation is temporary this is fine. For most though their situations are not going to change. It is unnecessary for us to renew.
