All new members of the House of Lords should sit for 10 years

Petition Details

The present House of Lords has been a mockery for many many years.viz Iolanthe written in the 1800s. Major reform is unlikely. However my minor change would, in due time, reduce the numbers.
It should not be difficult to make this change.
