Allow 'borrowing back' of private and company pensions to be used as a mprtgage deposit.
Change legislation to allow people, particualrly those in their 30's, who are currently unable to afford a house deposit, to borrow from their pension funds in order to access the housing market, with the pension to be repayed through an income related contribution.
This would help kick start a stalled housing market and all the related industries.
