Ban smoking in outside areas of restaurants & pubs that serve food!

Additional Information

I would like to see restrictions added to the existing smoking ban in pubs & restaurants that allocates the non-smokers a smoke free area to sit in outside!

I now have a child and have noticed that in every pub or restaurant we have visited over the summer, they all have a non-smoking policy inside only!
If we wanted to sit outside and enjoy the weather we are to be surrounded by people breathing smoke in our faces whilst we eat and more importantly over my baby! 
There should be non-smoking areas outside too or if we are to completely follow our American friends, a total ban on the whole area of any premises! 

I believe this would also help the economy by encouraging non-smoking young families to visit pubs & restaurants if it was a more enjoyable experience!
