Review the laws on Cannabis use and discuss the decriminalization of Cannabis
The decriminalization of Cannabis, the review of health benefits and consequences from the plant.
To discuss benefits the Government can produce from the plant, for example ; Taxing the sale and growth of the plant.
To take a look at how succesful the Netherlands policy has been.
To discuss whether Cannabis is a ' Gateway Drug '
