Make TA and Reserve service pensionable employment retrospectively.
Many thousands of men and women have sacrificed weekends and nights training and augmenting the regular forces as well as mobilisation to war zones. In some cases well over 20 or 30 years and in some cases more without any pension rights. Pensions should reflect there time in service.
Northern Ireland, Bosnia, Irak, Afghanistan just for example.
