Help fix the broken NHS with proper funding from increased NI contributions
The NHS has funding issues and needs help immediately.
1. I would agree to a small increase in my national insurance contributions to help fix the ailing service
2. NI contributions to be ring fenced for the NHS only
3. An independent governing body to run the NHS and to control these funds
