Make Kirkby part of Lancashire again.

Petition Details

Historically Kirkby, a town mentioned as far back as the Domesday Book was part of Lancashire, until being acquired by the Liverpool corporation in 1947. I believe, Kirkby would truly be a prosperous place if it was taken away from Merseyside and returned to its rightful place as part of Lancashire.
