Prevent the youth minimum wage level being lowered when the cost of living is increasing
Following the Low Pay Commission's suggestion that lowering the minimum wage for young people would be considered in order to help businesses, we believe they haven't thought through the effects on the young people themselves when costs of living are rising. We petition the government NOT to lower the minimum wage for young people and to commit to working with businesses and unemployed young people to provide ways to enable young people into work without decreasing wages.
You can't sign this petition because it is now closed. But you can still comment on it here at Repetition.me!
